Comparing Artificial Intelligence v/s Human Intelligence Nature: Human intelligence strives to create machines that can mimic human behavior and do human-like actions, whereas artificial intelligence aims to create machines that can adapt to new situations by combining a variety of cognitive processes. The human brain is analogue, whereas machines are digital. Learning Capacity: Human intelligence is found in the variety of experiences we have in life. As a result, we have responses that result in millions of functions in our lives. Artificial Intelligence is designed or created for specific tasks alone, with limited applicability to other tasks with more challenging activities. Functioning: The brain's computational capacity, memory, and ability to reason are used by humans, but AI-powered computers rely on data and particular instructions provided into the system. Artificial Intelligence vs Human Intelligence: What Does the Future Hold? Artificial intelligence is still in its infancy stage. It takes a long time to train AI systems, which is impossible to accomplish without human input. Everything relies on human intelligence, whether self-driving cars and robots or advanced technologies like natural language processing and picture analysis. According to a 2018 World Economic Forum estimate, artificial intelligence (AI) would displace 75 million jobs globally by 2022 while creating 133 million new ones. The unique job descriptions will demand data science-specific skills such as comprehension of mathematics and statistics, machine learning techniques, programming, data mining, data wrangling, software engineering, and data visualization. Remember that human intellect has made artificial intelligence. So, it won't be wrong to say that it's unlikely that we'll ever create machines that can think like humans or completely replace human intelligence. At least in the near future, the AI powered systems would need human assistance to work well.
